Return & Refund Policy

At Slim & Serene, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we've made our return process simple and stress-free.


30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused, in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Due to the nature of wellness and supplement products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used items, with the exception of products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include a photo of the item and your order number when you reach out.


How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Email us at support@slimandserene.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products)
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplement products (unless damaged or defective)
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of return confirmation, please check with your bank or card issuer first, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@slimandserene.com and we will look into it right away.
